No purchase is necessary. To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. All entries must be received before the date of the corresponding presentation (check the HSN Program Guide or original Facebook post to confirm). By entering the contest the entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Colleen Lopez is not responsible for incorrect, faulty, or misdirected email transmission or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer, or software, or any other cause. Colleen Lopez reserves the right to terminate the promotion if the promotion is compromised in any way.

A winner will be determined by a random number generator based on the total number of comments on the post. We will announce the winner in the comments section of the Giveaway, with the link to our contact page, during the last presentation of the day. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Colleen Lopez and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively per the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and the entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts to litigate any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, the entrant agrees that: (a) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void where prohibited. Should any winner be unable to be contacted within 10 days of the date of the promotion or is ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. All contest determinations will be chosen at random and will be final.
